Private Sessions:

One on one private Yoga lessons are provided at the studio. Let us customize a Yoga program for you! Our Registered Yoga Therapists will work one on one with you to ensure you get the most out of your Yoga practice. This process can help with injury management, stress management, increasing strength and flexibility and bringing health and wellness into your life. Cancellation Policy: We understand that life happens sometimes and sessions need to be rescheduled. Because of the special one-on-one nature of these sessions our instructors spend valuable personal time working to develop a tailored practice for our clients needs. As such, our cancellation policy reflects this effort and time.

Cancellations greater than 48 hrs before the appointment time receive a complimentary rescheduled time and date.
Cancellations 48 hrs or less before the appointment time are credited 50% of the session cost to their account to use for a rescheduled private session.
No shows/cancellations 24 hrs or less before scheduled appointment time are billed 100% of the session cost.

MINOR CHILD POLICY:

All minor children MUST bring a paper waiver form signed by their parent/guardian with them to attend class. They will not be allowed to attend class without this form on file. Please call 423.797.6550 or email us at bristolyogacenter@gmail.com for a copy of the form. You may also fill out the form at the studio prior to class if attending with your child.

Minimum age to attend adult classes is 12.

Minors aged 12-15 must have an adult attend classes with them.

Minors 16+ driving themselves may attend classes without an adult, however the paper waiver form described above must be submitted before attending the first class.

NO HOT Yoga under 18 years of age.

There are no exceptions to these policies, we appreciate your understanding!

All packages & workshops are non-transferable, non-refundable, all purchases final. All class card/membership purchases are individual passes/memberships only unless otherwise stated.

Registration, Class Cancellation, Privacy Policies:

REGISTRATION: Students are REQUIRED to sign up for class via the FitDEGREE app or the BristolYOGA website prior to arriving at the studio. All Payments are to be processed online thru FitDEGREE prior to arriving. Please preregister, “walk in’s” are not guaranteed a spot in classes.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All classes have a 2 hr minimum cancellation policy, meaning you must cancel a minimum of 2 hrs before class begins or a penalty will be assessed. There are no exceptions.

Class Card/Flex Monthly members: NO SHOWS/Late cancels (less than 2 hr cancellation) to class will not have the class returned to their class card or membership.

Platinum Unlimited Members: NO SHOWS/Late cancels will incur a $10 fee per occurance.

Privacy Policy: We will never share account information or contact information with anyone without written authorization from the account holder. There are no exceptions to this policy.
