HOT Core Yoga

Room is heated to 95 degrees and this class focuses on strengthening the core through yoga flow and repetition. Also focuses on hips and lower back for full core strength training. 60 min class


Stretch and Flex Yoga*

A slow paced yoga practice for all levels. An amazing way to improve your flexibility! You will often use props and a variety of postures to improve balance, range of motion and flexibilty. Perfect for all ages and body types.


WARM Barre+ 

 

BARRE+ mixes Pilates, Yoga and dance with core training and light weights. This class features repetition in small movements to sculpt and tone for a long, lean look. This class is warm, heated to 80 degrees to encourage muscle flexibility. 60 min class


HOT Power Flow

This class will be 95 degrees, Power classes are for students who feel comfortable in a beginner class and have an adventurous spirit. Be prepared to grow your yoga practice in this class. This class incorporates balance poses, arm balances and challenging sequencing. 60 min class


HOT Flow & Yin 

This class brings the best of both worlds to your yoga practice. We start with an energetic practice incorporating  folds, bends and twists to detoxify your body from the inside out. The class ends with deep stretching (Yin style) using the internal heat you have created to work through areas of tension.  This class is great for athletes who are working towards increasing their flexibility. Room is heated to 95 degrees. 60 min class


Restorative & Yin*

A restorative/gentle yoga practice where props are used for support. This nourishing practice will leave you feeling refreshed. All levels welcome.


Sunrise Yoga

Join us for an energetic practice to start your day. We will focus on body movement and breath work to meet the day with a fresh outlook.  Every week we focus on a new posture or sequence to help you grow your practice. These classes will help you to take your practice to the next level, no matter the level you feel you are on now. 60 min class


WARM Strength&Flow

A powerful full body flow utilizing a creative blend of postures to increase strength, energy, and flexibility. Students are encouraged to explore new postures to progress in their own practice in a friendly and supportive environment. 60 min class


Slow Flow & Yin 

Yoga flow with a focus on moving in and out of poses slowly and mindfully.  Incorporating long holds of deep stretches to increase flexibility. Warm heated to 80-85 degrees. All levels welcome.


WARM YinYasa

This practice incorporates the art of Yin yoga with a few Yang flows. This class is a wonderful way to increase your flexibility and maintain strength. Great for athletes. All levels welcome.


Yoga for Every Body*

This fun class is geared towards getting every BODY moving. Guided instruction from our professionally trained instructors will have you feeling confident on your mat while increasing flexibility and strength. All levels welcome.
