Our Power or HOT classes are for people with some experience.
What To Bring
Bring an open mind. This is not a yoga perfect, it’s a yoga practice. We strive for growth not perfection. You will enjoy your practice more, if you be your best you and try not to compare yourself to others.
We have mats, blankets, eye pillows, bolsters, straps you can borrow or feel free to bring your own.
What not to bring: NO cellular phones allowed in the yoga room. It is disruptive to other practitioners. Devote your yoga time to you, free of distractions.
and BREATHE! IT'S ONLY YOGA
