The Bristol Yoga Mission:

It is our mission to spread our love of YOGA!  We seek to provide a safe and supportive space for every student practicing with us. We want to show you how you can get the most out of your Yoga practice. Our goal is to make yoga accessible for every BODY...any size, any shape, any age. Yoga is for YOU!

The Bristol Yoga Studio:

We have two studio rooms under one roof! For your convenience our facility has two restrooms, designated men's and women's shower and changing rooms, towel rentals and bottled water for sale.

Things To Know

If you are brand new to yoga, we recommend you come to a starred class first.  They are marked for beginners.

Wear loose or stretchy, comfortable clothing.

Be prepared to be bare foot and on your mat.

COME 15 minutes early to get signed in and acquainted with our facility.

PLEASE BE ON TIME!   Classes will start and end promptly, your tardiness is disruptive to other students.

Things to Avoid: Avoid eating a large meal 2 hours prior to class. Please do not wear heavy colognes or perfumes.

Let the instructor know before class if you have a heart condition or serious ailment. It is your responsibility to ensure you are in proper health to enter into an exercise program.

We also have a back to basics workshop on a 6 week rotation.

Our level 1 & 2 or HOT classes are for people with some experience.

What To Bring

Bring an open mind. This is not a yoga perfect, it’s a yoga practice. We strive for growth not perfection.  You will enjoy your practice more, if you be your best you and try not to compare yourself to others.

We have mats, blankets, eye pillows, bolsters, straps you can borrow or feel free to bring your own.

What not to bring: NO cellular phones or pagers allowed in the yoga room. It is disruptive to other practitioners. Devote your yoga time to you, free of distractions.
