Wear loose or stretchy, comfortable clothing.
Be prepared to be bare foot and on your mat.
COME 15 minutes early to get signed in and acquainted with our facility.
PLEASE BE ON TIME! Classes will start and end promptly, your tardiness is disruptive to other students.
Things to Avoid: Avoid eating a large meal 2 hours prior to class. Please do not wear heavy colognes or perfumes.
Let the instructor know before class if you have a heart condition or serious ailment. It is your responsibility to ensure you are in proper health to enter into an exercise program.

What To Bring
Bring an open mind. This is not a yoga perfect, it’s a yoga practice. We strive for growth not perfection. You will enjoy your practice more, if you be your best you and try not to compare yourself to others.
We have mats, blankets, eye pillows, bolsters, straps you can borrow or feel free to bring your own.
What not to bring: NO cellular phones or pagers allowed in the yoga room. It is disruptive to other practitioners. Devote your yoga time to you, free of distractions.
