Baptiste Inspired HOT Power Vinyasa

This method of yoga involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures. This process produces an intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind.  HOT 90-95 degrees


Gentle Morning Yoga*

A gentle yoga practice for all levels. A wonderful way to unwind! All levels welcome.


HOT Align & Flow 

 

This class will work on creating space and alignment in yoga posture. Postures are sequenced to move from one to the next. The class will move mindfully in and out of the postures to ensure safety with gaining expertise in technique and alignment. Class with include breath work (pranayama).  Heated to 95 degrees.


HOT Flow 1 & 2

This class will be 95 degrees, level 1 &2 classes are for students who feel comfortable in a beginner class and have an adventurous spirit. Be prepared to grow your yoga practice in this class. This class incorporates balance poses, arm balances and challenging sequencing.


HOT Flow & Yin 

This class brings the best of both worlds to your yoga practice. We start with an energetic practice incorporating  folds, bends and twists to detoxify your body from the inside out. The class ends with deep stretching (Yin style) using the internal heat you have created to work through areas of tension.  This class is great for athletes                                                               who are working towards increasing their flexibility. Room is heated to 95 degrees.


Restorative & Yin*

A restorative/gentle yoga practice where props are used for support. This nourishing practice will leave you feeling refreshed. All levels welcome.


Sunrise Yoga

Join us for an energetic practice to start your day. We will focus on body movement and breath work to meet the day with a fresh outlook.  Every week we focus on a new posture or sequence to help you grow your practice. These classes will help you to take your practice to the next level, no matter the level you feel you are on now. 


Vinyasa

Vinyasa is a Sanskrit word for Flow. This will be a fun, moving yoga flow, geared towards body movement and breathe work.  The classes that are indicated WARM will be heated to 80-85 degrees.


Warm Slow Flow & Yin 

Yoga flow with a focus on moving in and out of poses slowly and mindfully.  Incorporating long holds of deep stretches to increase flexibility. Warm heated to 80-85 degrees. All levels welcome.


YIN-Yasa WARM

This practice incorporates the art of Yin yoga with a few Yang flows. This class is a wonderful way to increase your flexibility and maintain strength. Great for athletes. All levels welcome.


Yoga for Every Body*

This fun class geared towards getting every BODY moving. All levels welcome.
