NEW CLASS SERIES: Day to Night: A Salutations Series

Led by our own Victoria Hanson RYT-500, who trained in Sampoorna Yoga Center in Goa, India in 2016. This class series will focus on building muscle memory of these classic Hatha yoga sequences to utilize in your personal practice. Sun Salutations are a sequence of 12 powerful yoga poses with profound benefits that have been written about for thousands of years. This series builds strength and refines the muscle tissues by building heat in the body. Moon salutations are a modern sequence of restoring poses that are designed to cool the body and aid in quieting the mind and increases the body’s ability to heal and rest. These sequences together are powerful allies to develop in your home practice for life long fitness and well being.

January Yoga Challenge: Health and Wellness through Yoga in 2015

We are starting our next Yoga Challenge 2015 on January 1st! At Bristol Yoga we believe that the way strive for growth in our Yoga practice is to practice, practice, practice. We are offering options to help you dive into your practice and create a routine based on health and wellness through yoga in 2015. Starting January 1st you will have a few options to dive in:

20 classes in 31 days- Complete 20 classes in 31 days and we have a free Bristol Yoga T-shirt, 10% off your next purchase of classes or membership plus two free class passes for you or any of your family or friends. 

30 classes in 31 days- Complete 30 classes in 31 days and we have a free T-shirt, 20% off your next purchase of classes or membership plus three free class passes for you or any of your family or friends

If you are not a current member or class card holder you can still participate by buying a monthly no strings attached pass for $85 or enroll in our Auto-Debit membership option for $80 (with 3 month commitment). We will have a chart in our lobby for you to track your progress. Can't make it to the studio that often? No problem, lets work on your yoga at home! We will post a photo to our Instagram account everyday for the first 15 days of January, you do your best version of the pose (modify anyway you wish) and post it to your Instagram account tagging us @bristolyoga with the hashtag #15posesfor2015 . All participants will be entered to win a 10 class pass (value of $100). You have to post all 15 poses in the first 15 days to be entered to win. You can complete both challenges in the studio and on Instagram for more chances to practice, practice, practice!

All challenge participants that complete their mission will have free entry into our Black Light GLOWga Session in February!!!
